WHEEL OF LIFE
 
The Wheel is one of the most powerful tools used in Coaching. This is one of the first excercises we would do in a coaching session and now you have the chance to look at this for your-self.

Rate your-self in each segment of the wheel between 1-10 (1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest). Each segment is independent, so for example you can rate each segment as 5. To get the most out of this excercise, be as honest with your-self as possible. This will give you an idea of which area of your life you need to focus on.
