Life Coaching
“How happy are you in your life right now?”
Life coaching looks at your life in a holistic way. It is based on the idea that to be balanced, grounded, excited, motivated and content, you need several areas of your life to be working in harmony. This could range from work to fun and leisure to health and fitness to relationships.
We would start by exploring several areas of your life and then narrowing it down to focus on the area(s) that the client would like to work on. I would challenge you by asking some powerful questions and using several tools at my disposal including visualisations. I would then help you to come up with a really inspiring and realistic goal. The next few sessions (normally a total of 6 sessions) would then be devoted to working towards that goal. This can be done face to face or on the telephone depending on the client’s preference. New patterns, shifts in ways of thinking and increased levels of motivation and confidence normally emerge during this time.
It is a truly remarkable and exciting journey.
Confidence Coaching
"How confident do you feel to tackle life?”
I have found that one of the main issues that hold people back from being who they want to be, is levels of confidence. Some of the reasons for lack of confidence is fear, lack of trust, lack of self belief, doubt, not being true to yourself, not setting appropriate boundaries, self sacrificing.
This is a personal specialism as it is an issue that I have dealt with myself. I used to be really shy and introvert and now I’m outgoing and extrovert. The thing that changed for me was my level of confidence. I would like to share this knowledge and experience with other people and help them raise their levels of self esteem so that they can do anything they want.
Confidence is a really powerful competency to have and will really help you to do anything you choose to in your life. It is a comfortable and exciting way of living, feeling and being.
Workplace Coaching
"How fulfilled are you at work?”
Workplace coaching uses the idea that in order to be successful at work, there are several areas that you need to focus on (e.g. professional development, roles and responsibilities, being proactive, building networks, managing stakeholders, relationships, work/life balance, etc).
Similar to life-coaching, we would start by exploring all these areas at work and then narrowing it down to focus on the area(s) that the client would like to work on. The process then follows the same one as life-coaching.
